Many of our customers know exactly what they want; they send us samples and we send them the results. They come to us because they know they will get low cost DNA analysis and excellent service, and all from within New Zealand.
Other customers come to us for help to establish a DNA-led programme that helps them establish and meet their farm objectives. This may be as straightforward as using parentage information to identify the best ewes in a flock (straightforward, maybe, but immensely powerful!), or as complex as creating a new breed.
We have a good deal of experience in bringing together consortia to work on programmes, often tapping into research and development funding. We are also familiar with the requirements and the processes of applying for research grants.
